Ready to take the lead? Step up and run busy shifts, motivate your team, and keep the pizzas (and smiles) coming! Earn up to £13.00 per hour plus 50p per hour once running shifts alone. This is a permanent full‑time role that requires availability for evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
- Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
- Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food‑safety standards.
- Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in‑store issues professionally.
- Work with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
- Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
- Availability for evenings and weekends (required).
- Commitment to a permanent full‑time role.
