HR Coordinator (French-speaking)nn * HR Coordinator for Onboardingnn * Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London (+ Remote-working x2 days per week)nn * 6-month contract (initially)nn * c£23 per hour (via PAYE) or £30 per hour (via Umbrella)nnThe Opportunity:nnWe are working with a well-established, global organisation seeking a French-speaking HR Coordinator to join their EMEA HR Operations team. This is a hands-on contract role within a fast-paced Shared Services environment, supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding activities across multiple countries.nnYou will play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while maintaining strict compliance standards across EMEA. This position sits within the People Movement function of our client’s HR Shared Service Centre, supporting both new hires and employee exits, as well as organisational changes.nnSkills and Experience:nn * Minimum 2+ years’ experience within HR Shared Services / HR Operationsnn * Proven experience managing onboarding and offboarding processesnn * Strong working knowledge of Workday (essential)nn * Experience using ServiceNow or similar case management systemsnn * Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle processesnn * Experience handling background checks, right-to-work validation, and employment compliancenn * Strong administrative capability with high attention to detailnn * Confident communicator with a customer-focused approachnn * Ability to work independently and manage workload in a structured environmentnn * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)nnLanguage Requirement:nn * French (essential) – must be able to read and write to a professional standardnnRole and Responsibilities:nn * Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes across EMEAnn * Produce and issue offer letters and new starter documentationnn * Conduct and manage background checks and right-to-work compliance (including visas and work permits)nn * Process Workday transactions, including termination activities and employee changesnn * Act as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR stakeholders, delivering a high level of servicenn * Maintain accurate HR records, reports and documentation, including changes to start dates and contract addendumsnn * Liaise with payroll, global mobility and wider HR teams to ensure smooth employee transitionsnn * Support monthly payroll preparation and resolve related queriesnn * Use ServiceNow (or similar HRSM tools) to manage cases and track queriesnn * Identify process improvements and contribute to SOP updates and optimisationnn * Ensure full compliance with data protection and HR governance standardsnnApplications:nnPlease contact Edward Laing here at ISR Recruitment to learn more about working as an Onboarding HR Coordinator (French-speaking) for a global organisation based in the Uxbridge area of West London??
