Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead the sales of complex technology solutions across multiple markets.

This is a senior role requiring strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing enterprise clients, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and proposals
  • Provide first-level technical support during the sales process
  • Lead and guide sales teams to achieve business targets
  • Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Travel internationally (30–40%) for client engagement and business development

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in technical or solutions sales
  • Proven track record of selling complex products/services
  • Strong experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills
  • Leadership experience with the ability to influence teams
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and client engagement
  • Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
