Glyn Hopkin is delighted to present a Service Manager vacancy based at our St Albans site. The hours are 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Service Manager – St Albans
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Good management and IT skills
- The ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Good organisation skills
- Close attention to detail
- Team player, able to communicate with work colleagues on all levels
Main duties to include but are not limited to:
- Variety of site, management and administration tasks
- Friendly customer‑facing appearance when greeting customers
- Liaise with foreman, technicians and sales manager
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
