Job Description:

Glyn Hopkin is delighted to present a Service Manager vacancy based at our St Albans site. The hours are 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Service Manager – St Albans

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Good management and IT skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Good organisation skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Team player, able to communicate with work colleagues on all levels

Main duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Variety of site, management and administration tasks
  • Friendly customer‑facing appearance when greeting customers
  • Liaise with foreman, technicians and sales manager
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints
