Overview
Sky Mobile is growing fast, delivering 4million customers and continuing strong year‑on‑year growth. We need a sales plan that excites customers, grows our base and helps us hit financial and market‑share targets. This role sits in the Commercial team within Mobile Retentions and reports to the Mobile Commercial Retention Lead.
Responsibilities
- Own retention offer strategy and roadmap, including development, business casing, financial sign‑off and execution of new offer lay‑downs.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, deliverable plans that land on time and meet agreed business cases.
- Produce and present clear, compelling performance narratives for senior stakeholders up to MD level.
- Lead the ideation, launch and optimisation of new Mobile Retention campaigns.
- Continuously improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness through test‑and‑learn and performance analysis.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, buy‑in and clarity on priorities, risks and outcomes.
- Own advisor and operational briefings for high‑impact initiatives, reflecting customer needs and operational realities.
- Build robust commercial and financial business cases for new retention initiatives, securing finance and leadership sign‑off.
- Analyse performance and market insights, appraise options and recommend a clear course of action.
- Maintain Excel models, commercial metrics and pricing initiatives to support decision‑making.
- Present regular updates to senior stakeholders and galvanise momentum behind key offers.
- Work across teams to balance expectations and deliver strong performance for Mobile.
