Aerospace Bellows Fitter – Training & Long-Term Role

Matchtech is seeking a Bellows Fitter for an aerospace manufacturing role in Hampshire, moving to a new Lee-on-the-Solent facility. Training will be provided; previous bellows experience is not required. Candidates from sheet metal, fabrication, fitting or precision engineering are welcome.

Role involves manufacturing aerospace bellows, reading drawings, and using fabrication equipment with strong emphasis on safety and quality. Long-term PAYE contract to June 2027 with potential extension.
