Director of Software Engineering – AI-Driven Trading

Fanatics Markets is seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead the core FMX trading team. You will own delivery, culture and growth of a 5–8 engineer group while building a regulated trading platform from scratch.

This is a hands-on leadership role involving technical direction, collaboration with FMX leadership, compliance, and the broader Fanatics engineering organization to enable 24/7 trading operations and strong regulatory compliance.
