Senior Social Worker – FAST Team (Hybrid, Lincolnshire)

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner Social Worker for the Lincoln FAST team in Lincolnshire. The role involves short-term cover to deliver high-quality assessments and interventions ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing.

You will undertake statutory assessments across CIN, CP and CIC, manage a varied caseload, and collaborate with multi‑agency partners. Hybrid working available, with two days in the office.
