Occupational Therapist — Adult Social Care (Flexible Hours)

Hampshire County Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for Adult Social Care to promote independent living. The position is based at Hammersmith & Fulham Civic Campus, offering a salary range of £51,228 – £54,360 per annum for 36 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be HCPC-registered with extensive experience in adult social care practices. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering re-ablement interventions, and applying the Care Act in collaborative settings.
