Advanced Social Worker – Adolescent Services (Cornwall GTY)

Cornwall Council is recruiting Social Workers for the Gweres Tus Yowynk (GTY – Helping Young People) Service in St Austell. The post holder will deliver specialist multi-agency support for young people, manage caseloads and ensure high-quality interventions to help youths remain at home where possible.

You will hold a social work degree, be registered with Social Work England, and bring post-qualifying experience with children and young people.
