Overview
A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in Newbury is seeking an Autism Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, the successful candidate will provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), alongside other associated needs such as ADHD, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.

Responsibilities
- Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with ASD
- Supporting small group interventions focused on communication and social skills

- Working closely with teachers and other support staff
