We’re looking for kind, reliable, and professional Weekend Care Assistants to join a high-quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Chichester and surrounding areas.

  • Guaranteed average monthly hours available for those seeking stability
  • A genuinely supportive and friendly team
  • Average 15-minute travel time between visits, allowing you to work safely and without pressure
  • A service built around quality, not quantity
  • Time to build meaningful relationships with your clients

Pay & Benefits

  • Average monthly guaranteed hours available
  • £15 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Overnight care: £125 – £135 per night

  • 45p per mile mileage allowance
  • Holiday pay (12.07%)
  • Company pension (3% contribution)
  • Enhanced pay on designated holidays

About the role

As a Weekend Care Assistant, you’ll help people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but you may be:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with meals, medication, and daily routines
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
  • Monitoring wellbeing and updating care records

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be perfect — we’re looking for the right values and attitude:

  • Naturally caring and compassionate
  • Reliable and professional
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of care
  • Right to work in the UK (We don’t offer sponsorship)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Apply today and our team will contact you within 24-48 hours. If you meet the role requirements, we’ll arrange an interview quickly and help you get started.
