School Facilities Lead — Security, Opening & Maintenance

Lift Kingsley is seeking a School Facilities Manager (Caretaker) to oversee site security, access control and to open/close the school on a split shift, with occasional evenings and weekends. This permanent, full‑time role sits on the NJC 12–17 scale (£32,535–£34,998) with wellbeing plan and LGPS pension.

The successful candidate will be practical, reliable and able to work independently or with colleagues, contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment.
