This is a permanent Senior Support Worker role within the Care4CE Occupational Opportunities Team, working 37 hours a week (Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, with occasional early evenings). The role focuses on facilitating gardening and countryside volunteer groups across Cheshire East, supporting adults with mental health and learning difficulties.
About you
You have a valid driving licence and access to a transport vehicle to move equipment. You have an interest in gardening and working outdoors in all weather. You have experience supporting groups of adults in a Social Care or Health Care setting. You have experience supporting service users and carers and can develop good working relationships with community groups.

You will lead and support gardening groups and countryside volunteer opportunities, providing therapeutic benefits to participants and ensuring a positive impact on wellbeing.
