About the Vacancy: Randstad Education is currently recruiting a Trainee SEN Teacher on behalf of a specialist school in Cranleigh, Surrey. The school caters to pupils with complex special educational needs, utilising Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) as its primary educational framework.

Please note: Applicants without a car or without prior SEN experience will not be shortlisted.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Delivering academic and life-skills lessons tailored to individual student profiles.
• Data Collection: Keeping accurate, real-time records of student responses and behavioural progress.
• Collaboration: Working as part of a small, integrated team including behaviour analysts, therapists, and management.
• Safeguarding: Upholding the highest standards of care and safeguarding for vulnerable children.
