Acting Catering Manager

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for the operational efficiency of the catering service, planning, preparation and presentation of food and beverages to the required standard within the budget limitations as agreed with the school management. Working hours: 30 hours per week – 8:00 am to 2:00 pm – Friday, term time only plus two weeks during the holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational efficiency of the catering service.
- Plan, prepare and present food and beverages to required standards.
- Maintain budgets and liaise with school management.
- Lead and manage the catering team.
- Promote a professional and caring image while championing the school values of Respect, Excellence and Friendship.

- Experienced, organised and enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
- Ability to act as a school and Hope Learning Community ambassador.
