Nursery Manager

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Romford (RM6). Salary £49,682 per year plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursery team using the LEYF approach, placing the child at the centre.
• Manage nursery finances and budgeting.
• Recruit, staff and develop the nursery team.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a safe, clean environment.
• Partner with parents and provide regular communication.
• Maintain high‑quality curriculum delivery and observe regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• The right to work in the UK.
• Team leadership and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
• Experience in maintaining high‑quality, ratio‑bound environments.
• Ability to safeguard and protect children.
• Reliable, positive and friendly.
