Night Shift Warehouse Manager – Cold Storage

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Shift Manager for our Bristol cold store. You will lead a team, manage resources across a 24-hour operation, and drive performance against targets in a challenging cold environment.

You’ll oversee end-to-end shifts, scheduling, safety, and stock control while using WMS to monitor accuracy and drive improvements. A proactive leader who communicates well will thrive in this role.
