Responsibilities
- Provide second and third level technical support on incidents and problems
- Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
- Create, maintain, and utilise documentation
- Assist the Account Security Team with processes and policies

Desirable Skills and Technologies
- Solid knowledge and understanding of networking
- Design, implementation and ongoing management of security toolsets and technologies within on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience or knowledge of operating systems, PKI, anti-virus, firewalls, device and application control, privileged access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring
- Comfortable with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Strong understanding of non-functional/quality requirements within security toolset designs
- Awareness of governance, risk and compliance
- Awareness of modern technology tools (e.g., Git, Ansible, Terraform, Docker) and their security considerations
- Ability to communicate key details of technical solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences
- Ability to plan, design and demonstrate proof-of-concepts for security toolsets
Security clearance and nationality
Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be eligible for or currently hold SC or DV.
Candidates must be sole UK national/British citizen and have resided in the UK for 10 years or more.
