Strategic QSHE Leader for ISO & Safety Excellence

SBFM is seeking a strategic Head of QSHE to steer quality, safety, health, and environmental efforts from our Leeds head office with occasional travel. You will champion a proactive safety culture and drive continual improvement across a large, multi-site operation.

The role requires senior leadership experience in QSHE, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of managing ISO certification programmes. A Chartered IOSH status is desirable but not essential.
