We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse to step into a Clinical Lead role supporting adult patients across Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced complex‑care Nurse who thrives in the community and enjoys leading others to deliver exceptional standards of care.

What you’ll bring

• Current complex care experience
• Community nursing background
• Confident tracheostomy skills
• The ability to provide strong clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans
• A collaborative, positive approach and a commitment to supporting your colleagues
• A full driving licence and access to your own car
