Operations Director — AI-Driven Growth & Efficiency Leader

Hanson Search is seeking a highly organised Head of Operations to own the day-to-day running of the agency, including people, systems, suppliers and processes. You will work closely with the MD, FD and external advisers to ensure the business runs efficiently, professionally, and profitably as it grows.

You will lead agency operations, office management, technology and supplier relationships, and drive improvement initiatives across projects and reporting.
