Field IT Engineer – Hands-On Network & Site Support

Excelcare is seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our growing IT Department, supporting over 3,500 users across multiple locations. The role covers travel to sites in a company vehicle, installing and supporting network gear, and providing on-site IT support to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ IT support or field engineering experience, a full UK driving license, and hands‑on skills with switches, routers and wireless access points, plus MS 365 and Windows 11
