Sustainable Packaging Manufacturing Engineer (Equity)

Shellworks is seeking a Product Manufacturing Engineer to bridge R&D and production, scaling sustainable packaging from prototype to volume manufacturing. You will work with international manufacturing partners to ensure quality, cost, and timelines as part of a small, high-impact team in London.

The role requires 2–4 years in industrial manufacturing, expertise in polymer processing (injection moulding, extrusion), and proficiency in CAD tools (Onshape, SolidWorks).
