Hybrid EMEA Legal Director & Commercial Counsel

Michael Page Legal in Bracknell is seeking a Legal Director for EMEA with a focus on commercial contracts and corporate compliance. You will support Sales teams in licensing, services and other commercial agreements, while coordinating with Legal, Sales, HR, Procurement and Marketing and managing outside counsel.

The role also covers HR support across EMEA, corporate administration, dispute and IP/IT questions, and governance training.
