FMG RS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our busy Bodyshop reception. You will book customer cars in for repair, prepare job cards and files, and maintain an efficient filing system for related paperwork.
You will provide vehicle progress reports, arrange courtesy cars, collect payments, and handle banking and security tasks. You will report to the General Manager who drives a strong customer focus and a supportive team culture.
