Director, MES Transformation & Enterprise Deployment

Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd is looking for a senior technology and transformation leader to lead a significant digital manufacturing programme for their future Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across multiple sites.

This hybrid role will require onsite presence in Gaydon for at least three days a week, focusing on program delivery, integration with enterprise platforms, and driving operational improvements. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-scale MES programmes, particularly in complex manufacturing environments.
