Work Schedule
Field Officers work 12 of the 36.5 hours per week between 4pm and 9pm (Monday to Friday) or at any time over the weekend. Home‑Based: You’ll start and end each day from home, visiting properties around your local area.
Responsibilities
- Visit addresses with no TV licence, explain options, manage payment plans, record details, and occasionally attend court.
- Supported by a network of colleagues and given all equipment required.
Qualifications
- Strong communicator, mobile
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not essential
