Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director

n Our client continues to enjoy a stellar 2026. This new role is a standout opportunity for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a highly regarded commercial law firm that continues to achieve sustained growth year after year.
n Working alongside recognised experts, you will advise an impressive client base spanning major corporates, investors, management teams, public sector organisations, housing providers, and fast-growing businesses. The work is varied, complex and commercially focused, covering a quality diet of M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, corporate governance and private equity / investment transactions.
n In addition to utilising your technical skills, you'll play a key part in shaping client relationships, supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued growth of a thriving national practice.
n What the firm is looking for:
n Ideally at least 7+ years' PQE in corporate law gained at a recognised corporate firm n Strong experience across M&A, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and governance matters n Commercially astute with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach n Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers n Enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships n A collaborative, positive and personable style
