As a Senior CSM at inploi, you will own the end-to-end relationship for a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts. You’ll navigate complex implementations, coordinate internal specialist teams, and drive commercial outcomes across the full customer lifecycle. Your focus is on account health, retention, and growth for brands redefining their talent acquisition strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full customer lifecycle from kickoff and implementation to business‑as‑usual and renewals, serving as the primary commercial and strategic lead.
  • Project‑manage implementations by coordinating internal designers, solutions engineers, and talent attraction specialists to deliver complex projects on time and to scope.
  • Drive commercial growth by identifying expansion opportunities, conducting structured QBRs, and maintaining success plans that tie platform value to measurable customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate

  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic or enterprise B2B SaaS accounts with a focus on revenue metrics like GRR and NRR.
  • Proven ability to run complex implementation projects, translate customer briefs into internal scopes, and manage senior stakeholders like Heads of Talent Acquisition.
  • Background in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition technology, or high‑volume hiring sectors like retail and hospitality is highly preferred.
