Onsite Account Specialist to support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service for one of our key client accounts.

The Role
Working closely with the Account Manager, client management teams and our shared services departments, you will help ensure that the client receives an efficient, compliant and responsive recruitment service.
You will manage recruitment activity, temporary worker administration, client communication and service delivery while supporting the achievement of agreed performance targets and service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Resourcing
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, culture, vacancies and workforce requirements.
- Source, attract and recruit suitable candidates for roles at all levels.
- Coordinate effective recruitment campaigns and resourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates in line with client requirements.
- Complete candidate registrations, right-to-work checks and all required compliance documentation.
- Deliver client-specific inductions or training where required.
- Issue onboarding information, assignment details and worker handbooks.
- Work towards agreed recruitment and resourcing KPIs.
Client and Account Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client contacts and temporary workers.
- Support the Account Manager in delivering an efficient and value-added service.
- Review account performance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Deliver services in line with agreed service-level agreements.
- Prepare accurate management information, workforce reports and updates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client feedback.
- Support workforce planning and ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate worker records and internal systems.
- Help ensure temporary workers are paid correctly and on time.
- Provide guidance to temporary workers on attendance, performance and workplace matters.
- Conduct worker reviews, investigations or meetings where required.
- Gather and respond to client and candidate feedback.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment and account activities comply with relevant legislation, ethical standards and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.
- Support internal quality audits and client audits.
- Follow all company and statutory health and safety requirements.
Essential Criteria
- At least six months’ experience in recruitment or providing a professional account management service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Confident IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- GCSE English and Mathematics at Grades A-C, or equivalent.
- A full, clean driving licence.
