Vickerstock are partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Service Campaign Manager to join their growing Aftermarket team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the planning and delivery of proactive vehicle service campaigns. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, customers and suppliers to ensure retrofit and rework programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule, while driving customer satisfaction and operational performance.

The Role

• Lead the planning and delivery of vehicle service campaigns
• Coordinate engineering, field service teams and external stakeholders
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resources
• Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement across campaign delivery and customer service

About You

• Experience in project, service or operations management within manufacturing, engineering, automotive or a similar technical environment
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and coordinate practical solutions
• Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects
• Commercial awareness with strong planning and problem-solving abilities
