Pertemps Scotland is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen at our prestigious events and hospitality venue in Aberdeen. This temporary role features a 3-month initial contract with 35 hours per week and a pay rate of £16.50 per hour.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will supervise the kitchen team, manage food production, ensure HACCP compliance, and contribute to menu development for weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
