SEN Teaching Assistant – Inclusion & Student Support

Learning Community Trust – Charlton School is seeking a part-time SEN Support Assistant to work 30.5 hours per week during term-time. The role involves supporting students with special educational needs, delivering tailored learning activities and working closely with class teachers to promote inclusion and student development.

Applicants will be required to work within the NJC pay scale 2 (points 3–4). Closing date is 9am on Monday 13 July 2026; interviews will be held on 15 July.
