Kids Ministry Lead for Discipleship & Family Growth

River Church Ipswich is seeking a Kids Pastor to oversee our ministry to 0-11s and their families. The role leads growth, training, and leadership for the River Kids Team, and coordinates kids‑focused activities across services and midweek programs.

The post requires a mature Christian faith, safeguarding understanding, and a willingness to work Sundays and additional key dates. DBS is required, and there is a genuine occupational requirement that the post-holder is a Christian.
