Full Stack Web Developer – Website Development, Mid-Level

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day development, maintenance of the Moneycorp Website
• Manage and update website templates, components, and landing pages
• Build, test, and deploy new front-end features using HTML, CSS, REACT, JavaScript
• Support back-end development including API integrations and server-side logic
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and speed optimisation
• Manage integrations across forms, HubSpot, CRM systems, and tracking tools
• Collaborate with RevOps for high-quality data flows and accurate measurement
• Support Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives and A/B test setup
• Implement technical AEO/SEO updates and improve organic visibility
• Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices for security and performance
• Monitor competitor websites and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in web development
• Hands-on experience building production-ready user interfaces with React
• Exposure to back-end development using Node.js, Express, APIs and databases
• Experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful), templates, components and content-driven web builds
• Understanding of technical SEO/AEO principles and implementation
• Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot
• Experience using Git and working in shared codebases
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions
