Youth Residential Support Specialist

BudWood Ltd is seeking a caring and reliable Residential Support Worker in Dorchester. This role involves supporting children and young people, building positive relationships, and helping them develop confidence and life skills.

You will work a shift rota averaging 38 hours per week, with training and full support provided. Benefits include up to 6 weeks’ holiday, a company pension scheme, and all meals while on duty.
