Family Solicitor – Kent

Family Solicitor We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join our growing and supportive team, based in Kent.

You will manage a varied family law caseload, including divorce and financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, domestic abuse injunctions, TOLATA claims, and the drafting of cohabitation and prenuptial agreements. The role involves meeting clients both in person and remotely and contributing to the continued growth and profile of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent
• Ideally 2+ years PQE (guideline only) with solid family law experience
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
• Willing to support colleagues and assist with marketing and business development
