Bluebird Care Stamford & Peterborough is seeking a Field Care Supervisor (Homecare) to oversee care assistants in the Peterborough & Oundle area. This field-based role focuses on quality assurance, auditing care notes, and ensuring high standards of service.

You will supervise, complete care plans, conduct new customer assessments, and work closely with Coordinators and Management. A driving licence and domiciliary care experience are required, with on-call rotation compensations.
