OverviewWe’re looking for a volunteer Treasurer to help ensure that the Charity’s finances remain well managed. This is an important but rewarding role, ideal for someone with financial experience who would like to make a meaningful contribution as part of a friendly and supportive Trustee Board in challenging times.
Responsibilities
Fulfil the duties of a Trustee and ensure that effective financial controls and procedures are in place.
Regularly report to the Board on the organisation’s financial health.
Support and review the work of the in-house finance team and produce regular quarterly reports for the Board.
Support strong governance through a Trustee Board with a wide range of skills to enable the charity7s ongoing work and impact.
Help lead and guide progress, working with the Chief Executive, Chair and other Trustees to deliver the strategic plan.
