We’re looking for an experienced Office Services Assistant to join a law firm team on a 13-month fixed-term contract based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, thrives in a busy professional environment, and has strong operational and organisational skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Front of House / Reception experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and operational support experience
- A proactive and hands‑on approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting office moves, fit‑outs, or workplace projects would be highly advantageous

Salary: £35,000+ (depending on experience)
