Head of Academy & Youth Development

AFC Fylde is seeking a Head of Academy to lead its youth development program while ensuring high standards and compliance with safety policies. You will manage the Academy’s football operations, driving player progression and alignment with club philosophy.

The ideal candidate will need substantial leadership skills, a passion for youth development, and previous experience in a professional football environment. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required.
