Technical Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process —from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing strong client relationships
• Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
• Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycleNegotiating offers and closing deals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in Europe or USA
• Demonstrable success in placing Technology talent
• Proven billing history and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
