Group Financial Controller

We’re working with a fast-growing, acquisitive group, looking for a technically strong Group Financial Controller to help build and own the financial infrastructure as the business scales.

This is a high-impact role, working closely with the CFO and SLT, taking ownership of group reporting and controls, leading statutory processes, and playing a central role in integrating newly acquired businesses. This role is suited for someone who is hands‑on, structured, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading monthly consolidated group reporting across a multi‑entity structure
• Owning the statutory accounts, audit process and technical accounting across the group
• Playing a key role in systems integration and financial controls for newly acquired subsidiariesSupporting due diligence and post‑acquisition integration from a controllership perspective
• Managing and developing a small finance team
• Driving process improvement and building scalable financial infrastructure

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant with post‑qualified industry experience
• Strong technical accounting background within a multi‑entity or acquisitive environment
• Must have acquisition/integration experience
• Experience owning an audit process end‑to‑end
• ERP experience is a bonus
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and comfortable operating in a build environment
