The Role
You’ll play a key role in maximising sales, profit and stock performance, using your analytical skills and commercial instinct to make informed decisions. Working closely with Buying, Design and Ecommerce, you’ll help shape product strategy and ensure the right product is available at the right time.
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership and making an impact.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven merchandising experience within a fashion retail or digital-first fashion brand.
- Is highly commercial, analytical and data-driven.
- Has strong experience with forecasting, planning, trading and stock management.
- Can confidently interpret data and turn insights into commercial actions.
- Thrives in a small, entrepreneurial business where everyone gets involved.
- Has a proactive, positive, can-do attitude.
- Is organised, adaptable and enjoys working at pace.
- Builds strong relationships across Buying, Ecommerce, Marketing and Finance.
- Loves fashion and understands what drives online retail performance.
