Home Care Assistant – Stanley

Responsibilities

• Support clients in all aspects of their daily life, including meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support.
• Assist clients with personal care.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients on outings.
• Encourage clients to take an active role in planning and providing their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Minimum Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.

Experience

Experienced and non‑experienced carers are welcome; full training is provided.

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or NHS staff is an advantage but not required.

Candidates from other sectors such as retail sales, customer service, hairdressing/beautician, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Hours

£13.40 per hour plus £0.30 per mile.

Full‑time & Part‑time, permanent contracts with flexible shifts and guaranteed hours available.
