Catering Floor Operations Lead

Sandwell College is seeking a Floor Operations Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, coordinating with the Chef Manager and a team of service assistants across multiple sites on a fixed-term, full-time basis.

You will drive service excellence, optimise floor efficiency, and ensure strict health, safety and food hygiene standards while maintaining strong customer relations during peak hours and college events.
