Betting Shop Customer Service Manager

Entain’s Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops are hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and drive shop standards daily. You will be part of the Shop team, serving customers and building rapport to encourage repeat business.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll help demonstrate our products and betting terminals, handle customer concerns with empathy, and work toward targets while maintaining high shop standards. Typical rota is around 30 hours.
