Ipswich-based Works Coordinator: Repairs & Customer Impact

Sanctuary Group in Ipswich is seeking a Works Coordinator to join our Planned Repairs team. The role coordinates and monitors the resolution of outstanding works, ensuring timely repairs and high customer satisfaction in a hybrid working environment (home and office).

You will support regional teams with clear communication, maintain records and provide KPI data to help managers set targets and drive service improvements. 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30.
