Dynamic HLTA: Classroom Support & Student Growth

Compass Community Schools are seeking HLTA staff to support children with complex and challenging behaviours, providing attention, communication, consistency and a non-judgmental approach.

You will work with teachers in the classroom, 1:1 or small groups, manage resources and take children on trips, while building displays and supporting therapy sessions.

This role requires resilience, persistence and flexibility, with safeguarding at the core and opportunities for training and development.
